Ray & Alison Canham - Downwardly Mobile

On the Arts & Culture we were treated to an interview with Ray and Alison Canham about their decision to sell their house, buy a camper and travel the lengths and breadths of the UK. Many of the ups and downs of living on the road are documented, in the book ‘Downwardly Mobile’, with Ray’s inimitable humour at the forefront, in a true story of immense and unexpected loss, seizing the moment and unconditional love. The proceeds of the book go to a charity that helps young people who have learning difficulties and/or mental health issues learn new skills, gain in confidence and social skills using DJ’ing and music-making to bring them together.
